I booked it last minute and I arrived there in about 1h. I called to get in and someone arrived with the key in less than 10 min! Everything was clean, new, and easy to use. Loved the small gifts!
Central Location, great tidy apartment , furnished with a good taste. Extremely friendly host Andrea , helped us with car rental.
The apartment is fantastic and they offered us two apartments next to each other prefect location prefect size for 8 adults BUT for 4 rooms in the summer we had one fan !! We requested more fans and received one big fan which was appreciated but not enough we needed two large fans that really would have cooled the rooms down at night !!! They did respond to say the suppliers didn’t come back but that was two days after chasing ! I would return the parking is outstanding location is 10/10 but please ensure both apartments have sufficient fans in the summer peak season. Apart from that it was perfect

The apartment is located in the center of Funchal — very convenient for walking to the port or exploring the city. There’s also a great supermarket nearby with fresh pastries. The oven works perfectly. The terrace is large and beautiful. It's a new building with an elevator, which is a plus.The bedroom has a panoramic window with a beautiful view. the bed is super comfy
We had a late flight, and we were very grateful to the host for allowing us to leave our bags in a separate room. This gave us the chance to enjoy a walk and pick them up just before departure.
