The personnel was always nice. We got the best room in the hotel with a big terrace, most rooms though have a normal balcony. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The location is near the centre and shops are around the corner.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights.
The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and bars, and the harbour was just a two munite walk away. A 20 to 30 minute walk would take you to the centre of town, old town, and cable car station.
All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and had a modern feel.
Every member of staff was pleasant, engaging and could not do enough to ensure our stay was trouble free and pleasureable.
Breakfast was largely continental, but with some hot options - usually eggs with a vegetable choice and a meat choice, such as sausage or bacon.
In summary, the hotel was well placed, clean, with excellent staff and represented very good value for me. We would stay here again.
