The location is perfectly close to Ribera. Stayed for the Sao Joao Festival, very close to fireworks display. Partying around the hotel itself. Helpful staff from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. Didn't try the food. I hope to come back again.

The location and the view from the terrace was fantastic- the location is prime - the building is cool and historic with modern appointments. Robes, Slippers, and a bidet- and I’m happy.

The staff was phenomenal! Ines was particularly helpful!

The location is wonderful! Just near the promenade, the river and the bridge. The building has an elevator. The rooms are renovated and comfortable.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location just a short distance away from the river, many attractions and restaurants. We found it convenient to take public transport when we needed to travel further. The room was the perfect size for a couple. It was clean and with all the necessary amenities. They did warn us about some street noise, which we actually didn't find it to be an issue. But if you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend you request a room away from the road or on a higher level. The staff is what makes this place special, in my opinion. Every single one of them was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was my nephew's birthday during our stay, and they made him some brownies with a candle and left it in their room. It was such a cute touch!
