Wonderful location and very friendly and helpful staff. I would also recommend the breakfast- great selection of food and beverages - purchase with room is a great deal with discount. The room was also very quiet and there was a fantastic reading lounge.
It was great good choices . The guest clerk was amazing spoke many languages. . Always cheerful and remembered everyone's nationality .
Breakfast was good, location was great, in busy area but not a lot of noise or traffic.
The hotel is well situated to easily access a lot of attractions. The rooms are small but well appointed with plenty of storage for luggage and clothing. The hotel is surrounded by many great restaurants and cafes.
All of the staff was so exceptional. The front desk was always so nice and cheerful.
The breakfast room was a.ways clean and very tidy. Karla does a great job!
The next time we ate in Porto we will absolutely stay there!
Enjoyed it the 3 different times we stayed during our trip!
