Very clean rooms, friendly staff. The spa was also amazing, no one else was there. Breakfast was very good, a buffet with a lot of options.
Nice and clean room with a great view over the city and the outdoor pool. The breakfast selection was really wide, we were even able to get the breakfast quite before the breakfast opening hours due to the planned hiking activities, so this was a great benefit, the staff were really helpful regarding this. We could use a gym which was in the shopping center nextdoor. There was an underground parking available which was free for hotel guests (subject to availability).

Many good restaurants outside in close to the hotel. Surprise breakfast - unofficially opened since 3AM for people flying early morning but also for those who go to pico Arieiro for sunrise. I like saunas, pools, jaccuzi.
Room was nice and had everything you could want (fridge, aircon, safe). When you closed the balcony door it was really soundproof which is a big plus. The pool area was big enough with lots of umbrellas and places to lie down. Loved the game room (ping pong, billiards). Good location with great views of the ocean. Very friendly staff.
