staff was very cooperative. The rooms are very clean. the only down side was that it was a bit far from haram.
but you can easy get there by jeeny in tops 25 SAR. Had a wonderful experience.
The receptionist Omar Alsinani and the rest of the staff. The facilities were well kept.

the place is quite far from Haram, yet I had comfortable stay and definitely recommend this hotel
It was a very good, clean, and cooperative staff. The location was a bit away from masjid nabwi. We have a car so it was not a big problem. Everything was available around the area for restaurants, pharmacies,general stores, and masjid with a small play area with it..
