I actually liked the nice staff they have especially Abo Anas and Fares or Firas Al Sharif, they were exceptional and kind, so shoutout to them and hope all the best for them and their services where you can get a bus that goes straight to Al Haram.
1. The receptionists are all super helpful, decent, and welcoming people.
2. The hotel location is exceptional.
3. The new bus station is waaaay better, convenient.
Almost everything.. the location.. the great city view.. the room’s width!
