Helpful staff, good location, Big room size, comfy beds, shuttle service available
Helpful staff, they attended to all our requests. They even provided us with a wheel chair to use.. location is good. Shuttle is available. If you cross the road you can get a taxi to Haram Ajyad side for 25 dirhams. Grocery store available at the back side. 2 nearby Masjid. One accessible from back side other is the Qatari masjid. Many numbers of lifts available. Big room size. Comfy beds.
The hotel rooms are well maintained . My stay was very comfortable as always. I stayed I. This hotel a couple off time with my family and were always satisfied.
The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was very spacious.
The only issue is the location as specially in Ramadan the roads towards haram were closed and we were not allowed to go to haram for prayers. Other than Ramadan the hotel provides shuttle services at every salat time.
bathroom and shower was not as clean and smelled bad. Otherwise, overall, was a good experience
