The location is quiet and seemed very safe. Parking nearby was fine, and free after 6.30 pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. A short walk took us to Camberwell where there are lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, including the Camberwell Arms which serves excellent, if pricey, meals. The apartment is fine, everything works and there is plenty of hot water, calling it 'luxury' might be a stretch, but it is good value for the location. We were there for the cricket at the Oval and it was only about 35 minutes to walk to the venue. Communication from the owner was excellent at all times.
