The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. It had everything you need and was even spacious by London standards at this price point. The bathroom was small but nice. Bed and pillows were comfy. AC was great and nice coffee/tea provided every day. Front desk people were really nice and helpful. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Left my luggage at reception when I arrived in the morning. It was in my room when I came back. Location was perfect. A couple of blocks from Hyde Park and a short walk from Paddington Station. Two more tube stations nearby besides Paddington, plus several bus stops
The property just perfect for traveling and staying for few days in London!

Lovely and very helpful staff, especially the receptionist, Modern clean, well appointed room, small but great for one. Close to Hyde Park and fairly flat walk from Paddington
Nice location, quiet and clean, 9 minutes walk from Paddington station and 5 minutes of walk from bus station for a visit to Big Ben
There was plenty of space for the two of us. The location was about 10-15 min from all transportation options. The lift was nice. It was clean and tidied up each day with fresh towels and a made bed. Having a mini fridge and a few dishes was also nice. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It is set back off the main streets so it is quieter, which makes for better resting.
