I was able to retrieve the keys from a lockbox across the street. The location of the property is fantastic near many little shops and restaurants. The property has an app that made it easy to communicate with management.
The apartment was clean and stocked with breakfast items for us, plenty of towels and even slippers! The rooms were clean and well maintained and the location was beyond perfect!

no breakfast at this facility; however, hundreds of restaurants are nearby. Green Park tube station is a very short walk and convenient to access. The staff is very helpful.
