The location was excellent and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. I don’t think I’ve ever rented a place with such amazing response from the host. Having 2 bathrooms was nice as well as having a washer/dryer.

We were two moms traveling with our two 18-year-old daughters, so it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our four-night stay. The apartment was in a great location with the Tube/Underground station on one side of the building and the Uber Boat/ferry on the other side of the building. We used both ways to travel, which made it so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in the city! There is a grocery store in the complex, which was very convenient. The apartment had a washing machine and a separate dryer. The concierge people who helped us with the day-to-day information (getting keys, checking out, etc.) were very punctual when we had any questions. There were many restaurants nearby, too. We looked at many options in London, and this had a great value.

Comfortable, amazing location, great communication with the hosts. They’ve added a lot of storage in the bathrooms so there’s somewhere to put your toiletries and makeup. Very helpful!
