Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Great views. Helpful staff.

- the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful with our luggage and gave us tips on what activities to do - the hotel restaurant was good. Had limited options in the menu but the food was delicious - the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of most of the attractions im Edinburgh (like the royal mile, calton hill, Edinburgh castle, etc). - There is a shortcut to waverly station via the hotel elevator by going to the basement level. It places you directly in front of the station - The beds and pillows were very comfortable

Large, quiet room with a large bathroom and great shower. The restaurant was good and the service was good. I stayed only one night on my way home as it was close to Waverley Station. It is a good location overall for visiting Edinburgh.

Hotel positioned in the center; train station and bus stations under 400m. Very good and varied breakfast. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom with all necessary equipped. Well-trained staff, attentive to tourists, prompt response to requests. Definitely we'll recommend this hotel.

The property was so amazing. Close to everything we ended up doing or seeing and just so great to come back to after along day of sight seeing! The receptionist was so helpful too!
