After some initial communication issues, and thanks to the invaluable assistance of Booking Customer Service, I highly recommend this accommodation. It's well located, close to buses, train stations, subway stations, restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. The apartment is spacious and modern, with large bathrooms and all the amenities. The kitchen is comfortable and very well-equipped. The key system via the telephone application for four guests is a major advantage, allowing for independent entry and exit.

It was clean, and spacious. We are a family of 5, lots of space. The main washroom is gorgeous. Tiling, massive and beautiful. I think this place is new too. The kitchen was well outfitted all with new appliances. Fantastic stay!

Spacious, clean, good temperature, comfortable beds, excellent showers, well stocked kitchenette, easy access to underground, nearby shops and restaurants, Victoria line direct from Heathrow to adjacent Farringdon station. While there were no staff on site, they responded promptly any e-mail queries and were very sccomodating.

The location was great and easy to get to. The apartment itself was well decorated. The staff were so helpful - coming to fix something within 5 minutes of reporting!

Good apartment with one large bedroom, there is a spring bed in the living room and the sofa also can be one bed for single person. Kitchen equipments are all fine, they have extra pillows and towels for back up. The location is close to British museum only 20 minutes walking, and price is great value compares to others room which available for 3 people in the summer. Recommend.
