Standard hotel in the heart of London. Clean rooms, clean linens, friendly staff, good wi-fi, housekeeping everyday, big breakfast spread every morning. The best part is the location in central London, just a few blocks from the British Museum -- all the big sights are a few miles in any direction and the hotel is between two tube stops, so it's easy to get around. One in our party needed a disability/ADA room and the staff was very accommodating-- from booking the room to helping us get the room set up when we got there.

Comfortable, clean, quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, perfect location

The staff are extremely nice and professional, super friendly to talk to and helpful. 24/7 reception. The location is great, a nice comfortable stroll from The British Museum, The Trafalgar square, Soho, etc. Big Ben is like 15 min away on foot. There are grocery stores in the area working till 10/11 pm, even a small family owned store that's open 24/7. A good, not too expensive Uyghur restaurant is right across the street. There's a coffee shop with great reviews nearby, but sadly I didn't manage to visit. It's a good price for the location. Everything was clean. They have daily housekeeping if needed. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable. The complimentary chocolate bar and the biscuit (?) were absolutely delicious.

The big windows facing the street and the fact that most rooms are equipped with a bathtub. The staff are so friendly and nice. They're really helpful as well.
