Location very close to the tube station.Roims are clean and quite large.I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room.The continental breakfast was a bonus with our booking.
Spacious. Clean. Near tube station. Comfort and bed.
The proximity to Northfields Tube Station and only 20 minutes from Heathrow made it perfect. Also, having an elevator was a game changer for a budget London hotel. The room was excellent and had a very clean bathroom with a great shower with plenty of heat and water pressure. The restaurant next door is very nice.
I received excellent customer service from Anil and Patrick, very professional and friendly . They made my stay perfect as I was surprising my wife by celebrating our wedding anniversary and they helped me with some extra touches to a flower delivery I had arranged.
They are a credit to this hotel and company and will definitely be staying there again in the future.
Location is excellent and we had a good breakfast in their new attached restaurant.
