This is the second time I have stayed at this property - the location speaks for itself, great connections. The property is what you expect from a Best Western Hotel - clean and comfortable. Parking is secure and 22GBP per day / night.
I made some administrational errors on my booking and both Best Western and Booking.com were exceptionally helpful sorting it out and getting all in order - I was very pleased to be supported in how they did.
I have to say a big shout out to Ali on the front desk, who offered exceptional customer service resolving the issues (my fault) and providing a very welcome stay throughout. Customer service is not a trait you get all so often even in such industries that revolve around customers! But this was an exceptional level of service delivered by Ali. I would definitely use this property again!

the room was air conditioned, the location was great
New and clean! Breakfast is very basic but it was enough! No complaints.
We had one of the basement rooms, was perfectly sized. The bathroom was of good size.
