Staff are very nice, early check-in, room was very spacious for London standard. 2-room configuration is perfect for families. Location is great- quiet and 2min to tube. Some delicious food stalls just outside station.
We loved that big, beautiful downstairs sitting room. The window open onto the little garden. The garden out the back, the dining room. While the rooms were modest, these common spaces were elegant and spacious and comfortable. After a challenging day of travel and meetings, to sit quietly in the welcoming chairs and just watch the evening come in on the trees in the twilight was heavenly.
Very nice location in a quiet leafy part of London. Good facilities nearby. The hotel is an older more traditional style hotel with an elegant sitting room etc. The tube station is fairly close. Not too far to nice parks like Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. The room was comfortable and quiet.
The location was perfect for our needs. I loved the Victorian vibe in the lounge area, especially the furniture and the grand piano. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. Great value for the price!
We didn’t know anything about the Swiss Cottage area, but found it was very convenient to the tube and the things we wanted to do. The hotel was sweet, the room comfortable, and the staff was very responsive and welcoming. We got to sample the markets which were set up just a few yards away from the hotel.
