Just a great Wee spot and everything is as the descriptions say. Was fortunate to be able to meet Emma and she was so gracious in her Welcome. Slept so well here. Highly recommend this establishment.
communication upon arrival, overall look of interior and exterior was clean and welcoming. The use of keypads on main building door and room doors is an added and rare technology that should be used more in hotels, and increases the feeling of safety and high standard

Accurate communication. Room & other areas very clean. Central Southsea location.
We particularly enjoyed access to the huge communal kitchen where we were able to cook proper meals (including homemade pizza!)
It is very well located with lots of shops, cafes, & restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and the Common & sea front also super close by.
