The room was lovely the staff were engaging and interested in you. The doormen were first class
Kindness and professionalism of the personnel. Cleanliness of the premises and the room. The drinks and the food were excellent. Breakfast served at the table and of perfect quality. Our bed requirements were all fulfilled on our arrival, without having to make any reminder.

Everything!! The staff went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel in my view is one of the best in London
