Helpful and friendly staff
Very nice breakfast comparing to a typical breakfast served in the USA motels, where the food is disgusting.
It's located in a very good area (5 minutes or less walking to Hyde Park); varied and tasty breakfast. Very cozy and warm room, excelent hot water while taking a bath. Super clean.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay in London.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to assist me.
One of the highlights was the location; it’s so close to Paddington Station, making it extremely convenient for travel.
It’s also surrounded by many lovely cafes, which added to the charm of my visit.
The staff even helped me with storing my luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore the area freely until it was time to catch my train to another city. This thoughtful service made my stay even more enjoyable.
I truly appreciated the hospitality and convenience of this place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.
A bargain stay for so close to Paddington and the staff were great.
