The property is located in the city center. Not so noisy and I am pretty enjoy staying in this hotel with prime location. Further, I didn’t catch their name, but the Black receptionist made my check-in experience very pleasant and he is very very helpful. I would like to say him a goodbye and thank you for his help during my stay but didn’t get a chance to meet him since it wasn’t his shift.

I like this small, friendly basic hotel for its excellent location near public transportation, friendly & helpful staff, and budget kind accommodation in central London. Rooms are tiny but comfortable for a short visit. This was a second stay - found beds to seem updated, very comfortable. Fan provided in room. Help with luggage up steps. Felt safe day and night

Terrific location and perfect for a family of 4. The room was on the small side, but we had our private bathroom and the large fan made the room very comfortable. The receptionist was wonderful, as we arrived early. He watched over our bags and placed them into our room before we returned. The proximity to the tube station was also very helpful for getting around the city. We'd stay here again!

The hotel was great. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and it had everything needed for our two night stay. Very close to Pancras Station, maybe 200 feet. We will definitely go back when in London.
