Everything. The owner was helpful any time you ask you get the answer.

The key was easily accessed in a lockbox just outside the building. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the 3pm check in time. Many amenities for cooking (spices, pots, pans) and we were provided with sufficient towels, shampoo and conditioner. The hosts left us water bottles which were handy and appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were apologetic to issues that we had (see what we didn't like), but were unable to do anything about them in a timely manner. I considered rating the stay lower, but they seemed truly sorry for inconveniences--so I do think it is a good place to stay (especially if things are dealt with).
