Very clean and in a reasonable location.
Plenty of hot water and a good shower.
This is the second time I have stayed in these flats for a week at a time, and the location is wonderful. Easy walk into the city or catch a bus, with a public carpark nearby, and plenty of pubs, eateries, and supermarkets around. The heating was good, and I stayed comfortably warm.
The flats feel quite homely. I had the basement flat this time, so the entry was straight in from St Clements. The kitchen is more than adequate for a holiday stay, with a full stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, and plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. The bathroom was great, and the shower was lovely and hot with good water flow. Even the hot water in the kitchen came through really fast, so there was no running the tap for ages and wasting water! TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. The agency is easy to contact for any issues and the cleaning ladies did a great job.
The staff was very quickly responsive- we got our entry instructions, all was fine. The place was as described, clean with all linen and towels provided. Very good service for money in Oxford!
