I liked the space in general, and the neighborhood it’s in feels very safe.
Wonderful staff and location. Very nice breakfast. Rooms were charming and clean.
It was great to be out of downtown Oxford but so easy to get to it by bus which stops right outside location. Very easy to get to town and only a few dollars on bus. The staff was very friendly and the main host showed us to our room himself upon arrival which was kind of him. The place is very curated in design so felt like a unique and special place to stay. Rooms and beds are nice and bathroom very clean and well designed. Don't miss the large and nice work out room in basement as well worth it.
Great location! Everything is walkable!! The outside patio is gorgeous and super relaxing!
Almost everything about this place is amazing. The Galaxie is tastefully decorated, the staff are friendly and the property is well maintained. Definitely the nicest guesthouse that I've ever stayed in Oxford. The buffet breakfast was also incredibly good. The Galaxie is also well located close to shops and restaurants in Summertown. Only 25-30 minute walk, or ten minute bus ride to Oxford's historic city center.
