In a competitive business the customer care and proactive nature of the host makes all the difference. We had top class service and information from our host regarding the property and our short stay. Good service and customer care needs to be rewarded and I have no doubt this will be a popular place to stay. For anyone wanting a base in the area it's perfectly served by transport links into London.
The property is very clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything you will need for your stay, even toothpaste in case you forget. The area is very quiet with various international take aways. The host Vivien could not help you enough, her friendly and very informative information about the property and the local surroundings was second to none. I have been working away from home for nearly 40 years for business purposes and i can honestly say i have never met a more helpful, courteous and welcoming host.

It was exceptionally clean and close to many amenities.
We had a wonderful stay in this cosy little apartment fully equipped with all the appliances you could need. We really appreciated the breakfast, which made us feel immediately at home. Vivian made sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer our questions and even offered suggestions for things to do in the neighborhood and local restaurants and stores.
I have to say everything has been excellent! The owner was incredibly attentive, goes the extra mile to ensure the best possible stay for the customer. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the little complimentary food items and would encourage others to stay here. Although a little outside central London still very easy access via trains. A little gem of a place that was a pleasure to stay the night at!
