Room was excellent facilities excellent cleanliness excellent breakfast good the disabled room was first class

We have stayed at The Dalmeny before,and always been delighted.but this short break was really excellent. The room was really spacious and had sliding doors to a small "garden" and the handy car park. Staff were professional and friendly and breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Unfortunately,we did not use the large swimming pool on this occasion. St Annes is a very pleasant town and the hotel has easy access to the promenade and a decent pub The Lord Derby--also a decent carvery. We will certainly return sooner than later.

After an initial mix up with our original room we were upgraded to a room with a balcony by way of an apology. The receptionist couldn't have been nicer.

Gym, breakfast, pool, staff, comfortable bed, shower.

Wide range of spaces in car park--a real bonus!. Reception staff were highly efficient and helpful and our room was spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was an added bonus,large and never really full. All in all,a most relaxing few days away.
