The location is amazing, close to Paddington station and. Hyde Park. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. People complaining about the room size forget they are in London and are expecting the 4 seasons on a budget price. It is a budget hotel and offers budget services. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff.

The heating in bathroom of 302 was very powerful, but I advise to repair its regulation, because it was not possible to switch it off.
Staff in breakfast room and reception were really lovely. However i was staying alone but their attitude felt me im at home. Room was also clean. Breakfast was also enough with various alternatives.
Great location behind Hyde Park! You can park your car at night on the street and during the day you need to pay in an App limited to 4 hours!
It was great for travelers with not much time. Underground stations nearby.

The hotel is generally good. The location is little bit far from the underground station. The Pakistani or Indian employees are not efficient. The basement rooms are very bad. The elevator and stairs are uncomfortable.
