It is well located, not far from Waterloo Train station. There are several cafes and restaurants around. The members of staff were nice and helpful. The room was comfortable.
My friend and I stayed for 5 nights and we really loved that it was so close to a bus stop which makes it so easy to go to different landmarks (bus 12 takes you straight to Big Ben). It’s WAY easier and cheaper using the bus than the metro, which always gets PACKED.
The receptionist was so kind to allow us to check in early and the housekeeper was really nice and maintained the room really clean.
-The staff were very friendly and helpful which made up for some of the difficulties
-Tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch
the hotel location is nearby from city tourism, restaurant and shopping centre.
