Loved Hampstead! Enjoyed being in the beautiful town away from craziness. The place is just at the end of zone 2, so easy and affordable metro, with the stop just a block from the place, to get in and out of the busy areas of London. Our first family trip to London and we found no need to stay in the highly dense areas "convenient" to tourist areas. The underground is all you need. Everything is spread out anyway. The house was so unique and fun. We didn't mind the stairs, very well worth it for an amazing place to stay. Great coffee, bakeries, and restaurants near by

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and the location is perfect. Steps away from restaurants, the tube, groceries - everything literally at your doorstep.
