Hotel was very clean with a nice bar area and good drinks options. Nice room, decent size and was also very clean.

A nice location near the Jewellery Quarter and very close to a tram stop. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. All the staff members were friendly and very helpful. Amazing deal for the price.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and well equipped with good quality shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser, and I appreciated that there were flannels too, as these are rarely supplied. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a good size. The room was very quiet for a city centre hotel and we couldn’t hear any outside noise which was fabulous. The hotel was easy to get to from grand central via tram as the St Paul station is just at the back. There was a good breakfast selection.

It was very clean! The location was okay, 10 mins walk from city centre. The tram is right behind the building.
