The staff and breakfast were excellent. The one bedroom was small particularly the bathroom But had every amenity needed. Getting my heavy suitcase up the stairs was an effort. I needed to stay an extra 2 days so moved to a double on a lower floor with direct lift access. I recommend, if you can afford the double room go for it. Its worth the extra space and location. I would commend receptionist Amie for her outgoing customer service and attention to guests. Previousy i have owned serviced office and restaurant businesses so i know the type of staff i am always looking for.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is well run and comfortable. Great location for Heathrow and central and western London, the Earls Court Tube Station is a two block walk. Good variety of shops,pubs and restaurants nearby. Rooms are small but we'll designed for lighting and electrical outlets. The hotel is on quiet side street.

Great location, right around the corner from Earls Court Tube station. A couple of nice pubs close by and some restaurants. Hotel was very clean. Room was modern and although a little small, it was ideal for what we wanted. Comfortable bed. Nice little breakfast to start the day as well. Really enjoyed the stay.

Nice room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Terrific location; tube station and restaurants/shops two blocks from hotel.
