Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly.
It was great to be back in the area and I was so pleased to see the warm welcome extended to everyone coming into the town for the Carnival weekend.
Despite being completely full the team ensured that everything ran smoothly.
I often hate having to ask about gluten-free food options, but the staff couldn't have been nicer about it.
We were allocated another hotel due to the Holiday Inn being refurbed, however the replacement was excellent, we stayed at the Hotel Ibis, Bridgewater, we had 1 twin & 1 double connecting rooms which were amazing. Loved the "industrial" feel and look of the decor. Breakfast was slow and had to wait for food to be replenished, however it was very good.
Andrew is really helpful in supporting the guests. Andrew moved to a quiet room on arrival due to large group in.
