Very nice staff, let us check in early, nice, plain decent room, good ac, good bicycle parking inside, interesting area at the Port of Leith.

great room for 1 person. Clean and comfortable, very pleasant decor.

The property was a 2 minute walk from the tram that was a direct tram to the airport- very convenient. The breakfast (included) was way better than any breakfast i've had included in a hotel stay- sausages, eggs, bacon, pancakes etc.

We enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The room was perfect for our needs and spotless clean with good facilities. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the fact that you could open the windows for fresh air. Parking on site was very easy to organise and we had the option of the tram, local buses or the hop on hop off bus to go into central Edinburgh. A very convenient location , also close to shops and within walking distance of some good restaurants. The staff were always helpful and courteous. The breakfast had a good selection of options and everything was lovely.
