Quiet apartment, great location. Top floor with an elevator. Kitchen works well, good wifi, combo clothes washer dryer that is fine. Apartment has some dings in the paint and finishes but those aren't unexpected. Living room furniture is as shown in the photos. The shopping is 1 block away with great stores - baker, butcher, delis, small groceries. Tube and bus lines are 1 block away.

This is a good apartment in a great location. Cooking in was easy, combo washer dryer worked well.
