The apartment was roomy and well-equipped, and all the appliances worked well. The presence of a washing machine is a real plus. There was sufficient crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. The bedroom, located in the back of the flat and away from the street, was very quiet, and there were enough towels and extra bedding. The bathroom was large compared to the ones found in most London hotels. The heating worked well, although it was a little difficult to control. The location is very good, close to King's Cross Station and the British Library. The neighborhood has a variety of restaurants and a wonderful bakery, plus a convenience market. My host was very friendly and helpful on the two or three occasions when I spoke with him by phone.
