Our two rooms were located next to each another, as requested. However, we found our rooms to be very hot. Staff responded immediately to our concern and tried to resolve the problem. When they were unable to do so, they moved us to different rooms, which were perfect! All staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the atmosphere and location.
Staff was super accommodating, allowed an early check in which was super helpful considering the jet lag.
Great position close to Hyde Park, major train station Paddington, value for money
Staff was wonderful and helpful. The location is great with tons of shops and restaurants. Also very close to Paddington station so getting around London was easy.
Beds are really comfortable and includes AC for the summer. Our room was also very clean.
The rooms are small but affordable for the location. The staff was very accommodating.
