The breakfast is simply but good enough for me and the people who serve the breakfast are friendly and polite. The peoples who work in the reception are friendly, welcoming and helpful!
I must confess: the curtains are the thing i liked the best. Truly and totally isolating - no light comes in when they are shut. But the whole room was of very good quality too.
I also liked that the children "section" with a bunk bed is a bit aside from the main part of the room.
My double room was a little on the small side. Somedays it was very hot but i could not control the aircon. Otherwise, it had everything I needed.
Close to the Piccadilly station and the Heathrow express.
The breakfast was nice. Great location for coming in on the train and walking to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, etc.
