Great location with well-appointed flat. Considerable thought has gone into the layout and modern conveniences, including a new kitchen, wonderful waterfall shower, washer, and lots of cove moulding with recessed lighting. Owner is in touch and responds quickly. Two minor improvements I'd recommend: Put a latch on the back white gate/door in the other tenant's brick wall. Bangs in the wind. Get rid of black rug in living room. Get tangled in it. Likely to trip someone.
