Quiet and clean. Clear check-in and out instructions. Responsive. Fridge, hairdryer, and a microwave in the room.

This was my 4th or 5th time here. It is is such a perfect little base - clean, pretty, well appointed, inexpensive, and so accessible by public transport to everywhere in central London - it's right next to Kensal Green tube and overground line, so no trudging back and forth. There's a lot of attention to maintenance, cleaning and guests' needs, and communication with the owner is great. The shared bathroom is spacious and sparkling clean and never feels very "shared". There are shops and cafes within a few minutes' walk and the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

The property was clean, comfortable, and close to a tube station.

Super location very close tube and bus stops, best room amenities including usb outlets, electric kettle, soap etc. Beds very nice!
