The staff at reception were very kind and helpful. We had a request to use a refrigerator to store medicine and they were happy to accommodate. All interactions with staff were pleasant, kind, and professional. The room was excellent. Windows were well-insulated and the bed was comfortable. Room was spacious enough, especially given the price and location. It felt very clean, however a couple elements in the bathroom felt dates -- not a problem for us, some hotels are a little older. Unfortunately, we did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment. There are several nice cafes on the same road, so lots of options as backup. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Paddington station. We each had two suitcases and the walk was easy enough. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful neighborhood, welcoming staff, well appointed room with coffee machine, mini fridge, feather pillows, and throw blankets on the bed. We requested an inside courtyard view (which was fulfilled) and had a very quiet, relaxing stay. Breakfast buffet had boiled eggs, meat/cheese, pastries, juice, fruit and veg. Highly recommend.

10 minutes walk from Paddington station. Lovely helpful staff. Luggage room. Rooms very clean. No noise from other rooms. Effective aircon.

The hotel’s location is excellent. We had a nice walk to the parks and shopping area. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
