Loved the facility and location. Clean and modern.
The staff and the location. The room was beautiful and it had a lovely bathroom. Also slept really well.
I like the space in the room . We came with a Client in a wheel chair . The room which is accessible for disabled should have hand rails in the bathroom .We enjoyed our breakfast which was 10/10 . We could not eat some of the food we order for dinner .

We had a lovely night staying at Malmaison whilst in Cheltenham for work. Our room was well equipped and comfortable with a lovely big bay window. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The bathroom was a tiny bit small, but it had everything you'd need. Be very careful around the heated towel rails, I accidentally touched it when climbing out of the shower and it was scalding hot. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant (amazing steak and fantastic negronis) and then relaxed over a glass of wine and game of Monopoly in the comfort of the bar area. All the staff were lovely too. Recommended for when you feel like treating yourself.
