Steve was the absolute best part of our stay! He made our children feel welcome and was just the best! He deserves a raise or higher position. He’s exactly the type of person I tell my children to model business behavior after. Attentive, punctual, welcoming, and sticks to his word. Looking forward to a return stay at the milestone soon!
Beautiful throughout the property, great art, wonderful food; excellent, friendly, and helpful staff who provided suggestions on dining, sightseeing and touring historic sites and museums.
Location and comfort are important, but the service at the Milestone is the main reason I return whenever I am in London.
Excellent location near transit, Kensington Palace, and Royal Albert Hall. Wonderful service and a beautiful building.
For us this was by far the best hotel stay we ever experienced. From the moment we checked in until we left the hotel, everything was absolutely perfect. Our room was beautiful and the reception, concierge and restaurant staff have been amazing, super supportive and always up for a chat. We will definitely recommend the hotel to all our friends visiting London and we look forward to coming back.
