Vi is an exceptional host. She went beyond her call of duty to make us comfortable and happy. When we arrived at the apartment, she was there to welcome us, walked us through, and made us feel at home. She communicated with us frequently. She made herself readily available to answer any question. She provided guidance when we sought her help. The apartment is sparkling clean, and it is situated in a great location, easily accessible by train and bus. Vi is an awesome host. She's simply the best. We spent our three weeks vacation in London and Paris. We spent ten days in Nespresso apartment, London, four days in Paris, and another two days in London. There's absolutely no comparison between Vi and the other hosts we dealt with. I score Vi 10/10. We love Vi This is my first review.in booking.c om

A fantastic place, very quiet and peaceful, but close to the tube station, supermarkets and restaurants. Vi is a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. A bonus was the lovely welcome pack with snacks and the free parking, as the latter is very difficult to find in south west London. We definitely recommend.
