We really like the location & that it is air-conditioned.

All the stuff in the reception and the housekeepers were too friendly and cooperative. They gave us free croissant, muffins, coffee, tea and coke. The wifi is free as well. The location is perfect

The location is wonderful! it’s close to restaurants and pubs, bus stops, and Paddington Station and Hyde Park (all are within walking distance). The staff here were very responsive to our needs, and we enjoyed chatting with them.
The location was really accessible and the staff at reception were very helpful and went the extra mile.
