Friendly and efficient staff, property kept clean, lots of amenities if you know to look for them (e.g. lounge, yoga room, shared kitchen), great location in St. Paul's Sq. next to good restaurants and transit (buses and West Midlands Metro).
I reached 3 hours earlier than planned due to rescheduling of my bus ticket to Birmingham. The staff supported putting my luggage in the luggage room without any extra charges till the check-in time.
Position is great, size and comfort of the room are great!
