The highlights of the stay were the location and the staff. Every staff member was cheerful, helpful and polite. Nothing we asked of them was too much for them. Our room was on the third floor, so involved climbing three floors from the reception. But a young man carried up our bags for us, with a smile on his face and impeccable manners. The reception staff were also glad to provide helpful information at any time. And the staff in the restaurant made the breakfasts very enjoyable. The young man remembered our preferences, and promptly brought us two teapots of hot water for our tea each day. So they did everything they could to make our 7-day stay pleasant, and that was much appreciated by us and made all the difference.

Convenient location 5 minutes from tube. Room was fine with facilities we needed including ability to do coffee or tea. Clean and fresh decor. No problems.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. It is a nice London hotel.

Small room, but very good use of space with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Hot water, high pressure, comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave oven. Good location and still quiet and very friendly staff. Thank you!

The location is perfect, close to many bus and metro stations or you can walk to a lot of near places. The staff is super helpful and always here to support. The room is really nice and comfy
