Location, closeness to a grocery, closeness to transit, food was good but just average, easy to navigate hotel, present location of the restaurant, good welcome by doorman,

The location was great for sightseeing. Big Ben, Parliament and the London Eye I were all visible from our room overlooking the river Thames.

The hotel is family friendly and close to public transit. We liked our room with views of the river Thames. Our kids loved the pool which needs to be pre-booked but seems to be pretty empty in the early morning hours.

We stayed at the location for one night at the beginning of our vacation and returned for the end for two nights. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suit at no additional cost and invited to their executive lounge. Needless to say we had an extraordinary stay! We loved that the hotel had a pool and was close to the underground. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It was centrally located so you could also walk to some of the attractions nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful and made sure we had an awesome time.

Staff, the in room automation, room service, the view of the Thames, Parliament and Elizabeth Tower, Tourist sites are in walking distance if you like walking. Bus stop across the street, Waterloo tube station walking distance too.
