Shibin, the reception was extremely nice and helped me when I had problems with my booking email confirmation and PIN code. The work didn’t seem an issue to him and he completely understood the misinformation on my part and professionally reacted in a good sincere way.
We had a nice room with comfy beds and a functional, well-designed bathroom. The location was fine, with many shops and food places closeby, and transport was great once we figured out that there's a train station closeby.
Lovely stay. No issues. Cosy room that was clean. No noise issues. Staff left me to it which I appreciate.
Cozy, quiet and clean room for a reasonable price. Breakfast and lounge area great addition. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
I don't know where to start. I've been in london 4 times, and this was BY FAR the best accomodation I've ever been. When i entered my room, I couldn't believe I paid so little for it. Room recentely renovated, comfy bed, spotless clean, lots of little thoughts and touches like bloc notes, chocolates, pencils, quality bathroom products. Bathroom looked also very new.
And even if you book without breakfast, complimentary tea and SPECIALITY coffee in the breakfast room. Position may intimidate a bit, but the Metro is very well connected to the center, Lovely girl at the reception for the night shift. E' stato piacevole parlare italiano con te ;)
