The location is excellent, close to Notting Hill which was a crucial requisite for me (100m from Portobello Road), and also very close to 2 underground stations. Very quiet neighborhood, very safe. Wifi worked just fine. I used the room mostly in the morning (well equipped for breakfast if you buy stuff from the supermarket) and evening, was out most of the day. Room is rather small but still had a chair and you can use the kitchenette table to check some emails.
